Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the mini PC in its original packaging, including all power adapters, cables, antennas, and documentation to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to AOOSTAR

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and hardware integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
